Overview
Marshall has a general commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on corporate and commercial disputes. He also has experience working in fraud and class actions, and has assisted with internal and regulatory investigations and inquiries by securities regulators.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Marshall summered and articled with the firm. Marshall is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates' Society.

Coinbase, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, in its successful defence of a class action alleging violations of the Ontario Securities Act in relation to cryptocurrency products at the trial level, before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and in response to an application for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada
Canadian Hockey League, WHL, OHL, QMJHL and their 60 teams in the successful opposition to the plaintiffs attempt to certify a class action alleging abuse and negligence by the defendants and other perpetrators
