Natasha Laffin has a general litigation practice with a particular focus on health law, employment law and commercial litigation.
Natasha represents physicians in regulatory matters and litigation, including malpractice civil litigation, professional discipline, billing issues and hospital and College complaints. She has assisted with several month-long medical malpractice trials at the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench.
Natasha also provides strategic advice to employers and employees on a variety of employment issues including employee termination, privacy and human rights. Additionally, her commercial litigation practice focuses on disputes arising in the financial industry.
In addition to her legal practice, Natasha is completing her Master of Public Health at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health.
