The acquisition of the 1200 McGill College Office Tower by KingSett Capital was recognized by the Real Estate News Exchange as one of the top 10 commercial real estate transactions in Greater Montreal for 2025. This was the only office deal among the top 10 transactions last year, underscoring the significance of the deal within a competitive year for major commercial real estate activity in the region.
The 24 storey downtown Montreal tower, comprising approximately 240,000 square feet of office space and more than 70,000 square feet of retail space, strengthening KingSett's investment presence in the Québec market, and Bennett Jones was proud to support the transaction.
