ESAB Corporation to Acquire Eddyfi Technologies for US$1.45 Billion

ESAB Corporation (NYSE: ESAB), a focused premier industrial compounder, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Québec City-headquartered Eddyfi Technologies, a global leader in advanced inspection and monitoring technologies, for US$1.45 billion. The transaction is expected to close in mid-2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
