Andrew Peller Limited has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited. The transaction, which has been recommended by the Andrew Peller Board of Directors, is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Andrew Peller is Canada’s largest premium wine producer, with a portfolio that includes Peller Estates, Wayne Gretzky Estates and Gray Monk, and operations spanning spirits, craft beer, ciders and seltzers.
