LNG Canada's $40-billion export terminal is currently under construction in Kitimat, British Columbia. It is the largest single private sector investment in Canadian history.

The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) has launched a broad consultation on modernizing the regulation of public companies, examining venture issuer status, financial reporting, resale restrictions, material change reporting and alignment with U.S. developments.
