Andrew Disipio

Andrew practices corporate and securities law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, private equity and corporate finance. Andrew has significant expertise in both public and private M&A, having acted on plans of arrangement, take-over bids, share and asset acquisitions, joint ventures and complex corporate reorganizations. Ciara Mackey

With a strong track record in commercial litigation and appellate advocacy, Ciara supports clients in navigating disputes with substantial financial and reputational impact. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada and all levels of court in Alberta. Ciara is Chair of the Bennett Jones Calgary Litigation Associate Review Committee and a sought-after mentor at the firm. She is deeply committed to women's leadership and community issues.
