Brynne Harding has a general commercial litigation practice, advising and defending clients in commercial disputes, tax disputes, and challenging administrative decisions. Brynne has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, the Tax Court of Canada, and the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, in commercial disputes, tax disputes and judicial review applications. Prior to becoming an associate, Brynne served as a law clerk to the Hon. Justice Marshall Rothstein of the Supreme Court of Canada.

Brynne also teaches Administrative Law at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law, and has been an instructor in the Faculty of Law's Trial Advocacy and Legal Research Classes.

Brynne is passionate about access to justice and community service. She serves on the editorial board of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) magazine Law Matters. is an active volunteer with the National Self-Represented Litigants' Project, and represents individuals and organizations on a pro bono basis in cases of high public interest.
