Ashley White has a corporate and commercial law practice with a focus on energy project development, private mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions for energy related companies.
Ashley represents clients in the negotiation and drafting of contracts for the development of oil & gas and power projects (both renewables and non-renewables), including joint ventures and partnerships, operation, service and midstream agreements, and other industry-specific agreements. She brings to her practice complementary experience in negotiations of partnerships between industry and Indigenous-owned companies in Western Canada.
Ashley also assists clients in the acquisition and divestiture of energy-related projects and assets, including the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, and general corporate/commercial matters in connection with corporate reorganizations and restructurings.
Ashley is actively involved in the Calgary community, including as a committee member of the Canadian Energy Law Foundation Jasper Research Seminar, the premier event for energy practitioners.
