Ashley White represents energy companies on a broad range of commercial transactions in Canada. She regularly advises clients on corporate and commercial issues, and represents clients in the negotiation and drafting of energy contracts relating to the development of oil & gas and power projects (both renewables and non-renewables), including joint venture, construction, procurement, operation, midstream and other types of project agreements.
Ashley also assists clients in the acquisition and divestiture of energy-related projects and assets, including the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, and corporate restructuring. She brings to her practice complementary experience in negotiations of partnerships between industry and Indigenous groups in Western Canada.
Ashley is actively involved in the Calgary community, including as a committee member of the Canadian Energy Law Foundation Jasper Seminar, the premier event for energy practitioners.
