Denise Bright appears on the cover of Lexpert's Special Edition on Finance and M&A. She also comments in the feature story on the rise of private equity. She says that in today's highly competitive market, “What we’re seeing . . . today is that the private equity firms are growing — there's more of them than there have been — and they have a lot of money. The public markets are not getting the same attention these days from the investors."
Denise adds that another benefit of private equity investors is, "they can be more flexible than the public markets can be.”
