She says that in today's highly competitive market, “What we’re seeing . . . today is that the private equity firms are growing — there's more of them than there have been — and they have a lot of money. The public markets are not getting the same attention these days from the investors."
Denise adds that another benefit of private equity investors is, "they can be more flexible than the public markets can be.”
