Alberta Premier Rachel Notley announced the hiring of David Dodge, OC, to oversee the province's capital plan, which is to be released with the provincial budget in the fall.
According to the CBC, David will focus on: "the overall size of the capital plan and the availability of labour and the potential impacts of inflation; striking the right balance between delivering services to Albertans and building infrastructure for a growing population; and how to finance the capital plan given the current economic climate."
