Professionalism Series: Generational Differences in the Workplace: Bridging the Gap

October 10, 2013

When we look across generations we see a mix of commonalities and differences. Embracing generational differences represents an opportunity for the business community to attract and retain the best and brightest talent.

Join Bennett Jones and our expert speaker:

Chris De Santis

for a BJA professionalism series course which will focus on:

  • How to minimize mutual frustrations and take advantage of diverse generations in the workplace;
  • How to communicate more effectively across the generational divide; and
  • How to manage and reward diverse groups and foster productivity.

Chris is an independent consultant specializing in the design and delivery of Management and Organization Development interventions. Previously, Chris acted as the Director of Training and Development for the American Medical Association and was part of the Human Resource Development group for Brunswick Corporation. Chris has worked as an independent practitioner for the past fourteen (14) years and has particular expertise in dealing with generational differences in the workplace.
