(Calgary) Daron Naffin is an associate in the Regulatory/Environmental Department in Calgary. His practice focuses on energy, environmental and regulatory law, municipal planning as well as expropriation and surface rights.
He is experienced with matters involving energy facilities applications, pooling, holding and down-spacing applications, common processor and common carrier designations, sidestreaming applications and electricity rates matters. He has also been involved in environmental matters involving the Species at Risk Act, contaminated sites and Alberta power projects.
