Tim Pritchard focuses his practice on commercial disputes, civil appeals, judicial review applications and environmental litigation. He assists clients with a variety of civil litigation matters.
Tim has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, and has represented clients before various administrative tribunals. He is a frequent presenter to clients, at external conferences and seminars, on Environmental Law in particular.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Tim clerked for Madam Justice Newbury and Mr. Justice Lowry at the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and worked for another national firm.
