Overview
Jayden has a general energy regulatory practice, with experience in regulatory approvals, environmental and mining matters. She has been involved in proceedings before various provincial administrative tribunals, including the Alberta Energy Regulator and the Alberta Utilities Commission, as well as all levels of the Alberta Courts.
Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Jayden summered and articled with the firm.

KKR in its acquisition of an indirect interest in the Westcoast Pipeline System from Enbridge, including related financing for the Aspen Point Expansion Program and the Sunrise Expansion Program
