Wade is currently completing his Juris Doctor in the English Common Law Program at the University of Ottawa, where he has been actively involved in legal research, teaching and student leadership. He has worked as a research assistant on projects examining artificial intelligence in the legal profession, held teaching assistant roles through the Dean’s Legal Research and Writing Fellowship, and received the Editor of Excellence Award for his work with the Ottawa Law Review. Wade has also been recognized for academic excellence, including graduating with First Class Honours from McGill University and receiving multiple scholarships during his studies.
Before enrolling in law school, Wade earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Philosophy with a minor in Political Science from McGill University. He has professional experience as a charities analyst with the Canada Revenue Agency and as a legal intern with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization. In his free time, Wade enjoys music, fitness training, travelling and geography-based games.
