Overview

Troy Mack has a corporate commercial practice with a focus on commercial real estate. He regularly acts for clients in acquisitions and sales of commercial, industrial and retail properties, assisting throughout the transaction lifecycle from contract negotiation and due diligence to closing. Troy is committed to providing practical, detail-oriented advice to help clients navigate transactions efficiently and effectively.

In addition, Troy represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters, preparing and negotiating lease agreements and related documentation. He also acts for landowners in connection with refinancings of office and retail properties, assisting with loan and security documentation and coordinating with lenders to facilitate smooth transactions. Troy takes pride in delivering responsive service and building strong working relationships with clients.

Outside the office, Troy is a member of the Calgary Chapter of NAIOP (a commercial real estate development association), where he participates in industry events and stays current on evolving market developments.
