Russell Kruger has a research-oriented practice spanning a variety of areas, including energy, construction, franchise, arbitration and other corporate and commercial matters. Russell engages in review of technical and complex questions of law, and assists with preparation of written legal argument. Russell's research-focused practice is informed by his previous courtroom experience as a litigation associate. Russell is also an Associate American Bar Association member.

Dow Chemical Canada ULC and Dow Europe GmbH, in a successful $1.3-billion breach of contract claim against the operator of a jointly owned ethylene manufacturing facility.
A major financial institution in a fraud recovery lawsuit.
An international owner, in a $150-million delay claim in construction of an aluminum facility.
A greenhouse owner, in a multi-million dollar claim against an equipment manufacturer (Houweling Nurseries Oxnard, Inc. v. Saskatoon Boiler Mfg. Co. Ltd., 2011 SKQB 112).
Employees sued by a former employer for breach of non-solicitation/non-competition agreements (Globex Foreign Exchange Corporation v. Kelcher, 2009 ABQB 471, affirmed 2011 ABCA 240).
