Sid Gupta

Throughout his legal studies at the University of Calgary, Sid explored corporate, securities, and tax law, drawing on his background in finance and accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the University of Alberta and earned recognition at the JDC West Case Competition with a first-place standing in taxation. 

Sid is actively involved in his community, including through his past involvement coaching competitive youth soccer and participating in university clubs, including Pro Bono Students Canada and the Intellectual Property Law Club.  In addition to English, He also spent several years working at Deloitte in the Private Enterprise Audit and Corporate Finance teams, where he earned his Chartered Professional Accountant designation.  Sid speaks Hindi and Bengali with conversational proficiency.
