Kimberley Cunningham is qualified as a registered Trademark Agent before the Canadian Trademarks Office and WIPO (World Intellectual Property Office).
Kim has extensive experience as a Trademark Agent, and has been recognized as a leading practitioner in the WTR's Top 1000. She has been working in the area of trademark law since 1993 and has been a registered agent since 1998. She is a Fellow of IPIC (Intellectual Property Institute of Canada) and a member of INTA (International Trademark Association). She is past councillor of the board of IPIC and the CIPO/IPIC Exam Board. Kim is the Chair of the Edmonton IPIC Informals Group and has served on numerous IPIC and INTA committees.
Kim is experienced in trademark searching, application prosecution, opposition, Section 45 expungement proceedings and international portfolio management.

She helps clients achieve trademark registration and protect their brands in Canada and internationally by educating them on the benefits of trademark registration and active maintenance and enforcement of their registrations.
In addition to trademark matters, Kim is experienced in the area of copyright registration in both Canada and the US, and domain name registration and related management.
She has extensive public speaking experience pertaining to intellectual property and related corporate matters. Kim serves on the IPIC/CIPO Bank of Speakers.
