Sidney’s practice spans a wide range of litigation matters with a focus on general commercial litigation, class actions, fraud and asset recovery and constitutional law. He brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to every file, supported by strong academic engagement. Sidney has been published in the Canadian Class Action Review and honed his advocacy skills in law school as a competitor in the Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot and the Winkler Class Action Moot.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Sidney summered and articled with the firm.
