Summer Baier

Summer is currently completing her Juris Doctor at the University of Saskatchewan, where she has been actively engaged in advocacy, mentorship and student leadership initiatives. She competed on the Gale Cup Moot team, is involved with the Women in Law Club and has supported access to justice initiatives through her work on the “Becoming a Lawyer” project with Pro Bono Students Canada and the Public Legal Education Association. Summer has also contributed to the student community as a 1L mentor and guest judge for first-year moot competitions and will return to law school as Co-Social Coordinator for the 2026/2027 academic year.

Prior to law school, Summer completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing at the University of Saskatchewan’s Edwards School of Business. She has developed practical experience in several capacities, including serving as a Summer Legal Student with the Government of Saskatchewan and working as both an educational assistant and a private tutor.
