Venetia Whiting chaired the Ontario Bar Association's panel on Digging Into Ontario's Brownfield Development Process. Venetia led the discussion on how to successfully advance a brownfield redevelopment project in Ontario for the benefit of clients. The panel provided an overview of the brownfield redevelopment process and guidance on legal issues that may arise, including changes to the provincial requirements for Records of Site Condition and working with municipalities to get across the finish line.
