Lorelei Graham spoke at the National Dialogue on Artificial Intelligence for Food Safety, a multi-stakeholder forum convened by the University of Guelph in collaboration with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness. She contributed legal and intellectual property perspectives on the use of artificial intelligence in food safety systems, addressing governance, risk and innovation considerations. The dialogue brought together government regulators, academic experts and industry stakeholders from across Canada.
