The National Post's front-section editorial commended Robert Staley on his defence of Stephen Harper's handling of the trial of Senator Mike Duffy. The Post says that Robert "performed a valuable service" in publicly presenting the Prime Minister's side of the case. The Post also points out that "few defenders would have the nerve, or inclination, to get in the way of the crowd" and public criticism directed at Mr. Harper. Robert is one of those few.
