Natalia Iamundo has a commercial real estate practice focused primarily on acquisitions and dispositions, development and condominium work, real property financing, and commercial leasing and regulatory licensing matters. She has represented some of Canada's most prominent real estate developers, investors and operators in respect of a wide range of asset classes, including retail, condominium, industrial, multi-family residential and hotel properties, and landmark office buildings, most recently Scotia Plaza and 2 Bloor Street West in Toronto. She is well versed in a variety of real estate investment structures, ranging from joint ventures and limited partnerships to mortgage investment and other private equity investment funds. Her practical, client-centered approach and keen attention to detail ensures efficiency and excellence in the delivery of the services she provides.

KingSett in the purchase from the Huntley group of a portfolio of industrial properties located in the GTA. 
Brookfield Property Partners, in the sale of a 50% undivided interest in Bay-Adelaide Centre (East and West) and the offering of senior secured bonds in the aggregate principal amount of $900 million.
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited, in the sale to Mesirow Realty Sale-Leaseback, Inc. and lease back of its Metro Vancouver real estate portfolio consisting of the Cascades Casino, the Grand Villa Casino and the Starlight Casino.
KingSett Capital, in its acquisition from Dream Office REIT of a portfolio of properties across Canada for a purchase price of $750 million.
KingSett Capital, in the acquisition from Home Capital of a $1.2-billion portfolio of commercial mortgage loans.
A global asset manager, in its back-to-back acquisition and sale of the Canadian component of an international portfolio.
KingSett Capital, with its joint venture partner AimCo Realty Investors LP, in the acquisition of Scotia Plaza, Toronto, and surrounding assets from Dream Office REIT and H&R REIT for an aggregate purchase price of $ 1,447,500,000.
KingSett Capital and its partner, in their acquisition of 2 Bloor Street West, a 455,371 square foot, 34-storey Class A office tower located at Yonge & Bloor Streets, Toronto, and of Cumberland Terrace, a 3-level, 83,045 square foot retail complex located on Cumberland Street from Bay Street to Yonge Street, Toronto.
