Marshall Haughey practices tax law with a focus on corporate tax and transaction structuring, including corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. He also has a keen interest in estate planning transactions involving tax-effective restructuring of businesses and inter-generational transfers of wealth. In addition, Marshall advises charities and not-for-profit organizations on setting up and structuring their affairs.
In law school, Marshall served as an editor of the Saskatchewan Law Review and received a number of academic scholarships. He is a frequent publisher of legal and tax articles for both legal and non-legal audiences.
