Katrina Crocker maintains a general commercial litigation practice with a focus on class actions, real estate disputes, fraud litigation, and constitutional-related matters. Katrina has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, and she has assisted on several matters before all levels of court in Ontario.
Katrina obtained her JD from the Faculty of Law at Queen's University, where she was awarded course prizes in Introduction to Legal Skills (2016) and Business Associations (2017), competed in the Gale Cup Moot, and served as a Queen's Law Journal Editorial Board Member.
Katrina volunteers her time at Pro Bono Ontario's Law Help Centre and as a judge in undergraduate mooting competitions. Prior to joining Bennett Jones as a litigation associate, Katrina summered and articled with the firm.
