Michelle Wilson assists clients with the creation and maintenance of Alberta and federal corporations, additionally with corporations within multiple jurisdictions across Canada and the United States. She has 20 years of experience within all levels of Alberta Corporate Registry filings, from creation of trade names to filing of more complex registrations, such as amalgamations and arrangements. She also assists with document preparation in corporate transactions.

Michelle holds a CORES Level 3 accreditation (since February 1998).
