John Siddons has a general litigation practice with a focus on health law and international commercial arbitration. With respect to his health law practice, John has acted on behalf of physicians involved in medical malpractice actions, disciplinary hearings and end of life injunctions. John has additionally acted in arbitrations held under the UNICTRAL Model Law and UNICTRAL Arbitration Rules before the International Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to becoming an associate in the firm's Doha office, John was an associate in the firm's Calgary office where he also summered and articled.
During law school, John clerked at the Court of Quebec, assisting with legal research for summary criminal offences and observing trials. John was also an editor with the McGill Journal of Law and Health, a role which involved the selection and revision of articles for publication.
