Lisa Seath handles commercial real estate transactions and has real estate experience in both Ontario and Alberta. 

Lisa’s expertise includes working on various types of real estate transactions, including development work, condominium registrations and subdivision work. She handles all aspects of a transaction from initial purchase of the land, financing the land, all development processes, contacting municipalities, utilities, lenders etc. She is experienced in drafting transfers, easements, agreements and all other documents relating to the completion of various subdivision and condominium projects.

Lisa worked for Teranet in the automation of the Ontario Land Registry records, which provided her with vast title searching experience throughout Ontario.
