Jessica Roberts practices in the area of international trade, regulatory and investment law. She provides strategic advice and represents Canadian and international clients on matters relating to regulatory compliance, anti-corruption, procurement, internal and external investigations, customs compliance and trade remedies.
Jessica has a litigation background with expertise in administrative law and judicial review and regularly advises clients in connection with procurement disputes, with particular emphasis on integrity compliance in federal government procurements. Jessica has worked on numerous mandates relating to the federal government's Integrity Regime, including acting as a third party in providing submissions to Public Services and Procurement Canada (formerly Public Works and Government Services Canada). Jessica has represented clients before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, the Federal Court, and the Ontario Superior Court (including the Commercial List).
Jessica is a member of the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association. Prior to becoming an associate, Jessica was a summer student and articling student with the firm.
