Jessica Roberts practices in the area of international trade, anti-corruption, customs and investment law. She provides strategic advice and represents Canadian and international clients on matters relating to domestic and international trade law, including trade remedies, foreign corrupt practices, internal and external investigations, government procurement, regulatory compliance, customs compliance, and other cross-border issues.
Jessica has a commercial litigation background and has been an advocate for her clients in commercial arbitration, mediation and litigation. She has expertise in administrative law and judicial review. Jessica regularly advises clients in connection integrity compliance in federal government procurement, and has worked on numerous mandates relating to the federal government’s Integrity Regime, including acting as a third party in providing submissions to Public Services and Procurement Canada (formerly Public Works and Government Services Canada). Jessica has represented clients before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Ontario Superior Court (including the Commercial List).
Jessica is a member of the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association. Prior to becoming an associate, Jessica was a summer student and articling student with the firm.
