One area of investment is digital technology and expanding the quality and range of high-speed internet. Canada needs to catch up with the rest of the world in the use of technology to greatly improve the online delivery of goods and services, education and health care.
David also spoke about Canada’s energy industry—and why governments need to pursue policies that facilitate private investment in equipment and technology that reduce costs and carbon emissions in the sector.
