The 21st Annual REX Awards took place on June 15th, 2023 at the Toronto Region Board of Trade.

NAIOP Greater Toronto Chapter’s Real Estate Excellence (REX) Awards are the most prestigious standards of achievement within the commercial real estate development industry.

Bennett Jones was on the winning team in the Office Investment Deal of the Year category for Pontegadea Canada in its acquisition of Toronto's Royal Bank Plaza from Oxford Properties Group and CPP Investments.
