Norm's practice is focused on securities law with an emphasis on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and takeovers with an emphasis on the mining sector. He has been recognized in Lexpert for Mining Law and in The Best Lawyers in Canada for Natural Resources Law. Norm is also a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.
