Nicole Yap

Nicole is a senior real estate law clerk and the supervisor of the Toronto team of real estate law clerks. A full honours graduate of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and with over 25 years of experience in real estate law, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the firm’s real estate department. Nicole specializes in complex commercial transactions and provides guidance and oversight to the Toronto team on all variety of real estate transactions.

Known for her strong work ethic and collaborative approach, Nicole is dedicated to delivering efficient, high-quality service to clients while fostering teamwork and professional growth within her department.
