Devon has a corporate commercial and securities law practice with a focus on corporate finance, corporate governance, commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Devon summered and articled with the firm. While articling, Devon was seconded to Volkswagen Group Canada.

Resolve Sleep Health, a portfolio company of Kensington Private Equity Fund, in its acquisition of Aveiro Sleep, CanSleep, Parkland CPAP Services, SleepMedix, Chinook Respiratory Care and FreshAir Respiratory Care
POET Technologies in its registered direct public offering of units for aggregate gross proceeds of US$25 million
