Kendra has a general litigation practice with a growing focus on commercial disputes, domestic and international arbitration and health law.
Overview
Kendra has assisted with complex matters before the Alberta Court of King's Bench, including high-value expropriation claims over $1 billion, and with appeals before the Alberta Court of Appeal.
Kendra brings a strong academic foundation to her legal practice. She graduated with distinction in both her undergraduate and law degrees, earning multiple awards for academic excellence, including the Louise McKinney Scholarship and the Adams Trust Oil and Gas Prize for achieving the highest mark in Oil and Gas Law in her third year of law school.
Prior to becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Kendra summered and articled with the firm.
