Julia Amelio

Julia maintains a general corporate and commercial practice with a focus on banking and finance, commercial real estate, and mergers and acquisitions.

In her practice, Julia provides guidance to a diverse clientele, including financial institutions, private lenders and borrowers. She specializes in an array of lending transactions, such as acquisition financing, asset-based lending and real estate financing, covering both single-lender and syndicated deals.

Beyond her focus in banking and finance, Julia advises a wide range of clients on various business law matters.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Julia articled and was an associate at a large national law firm.
