Jane Sergievskaya

Jane Sergievskaya is a law clerk in the Banking and Financial Services Group. She has extensive experience in commercial lending transactions, syndicated lending, and cross-border secured lending transactions, with a focus on acting for lenders. Jane is involved in all aspects of a loan transaction from commencement to closing and reporting, including arranging for lien searches and filings across Canada and the U.S, drafting and coordinating security agreements and ancillary documents, and preparation of reports.

Jane is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
