Marissa German is an estate specialist who works diligently towards achieving her clients' goals. She is a strong advocate for her clients with a hands-on approach that is thorough and in-depth with a focus on practical solutions.

Marissa has the unique qualification of being called to the bar in both Alberta and British Columbia. Each province in Canada has different wills and estates legislation. Marissa is able to provide estate planning and estate administration advice, bring court applications and practice law in both Alberta and British Columbia. This interprovincial practice is useful to clients who may be resident in one of Alberta or British Columbia but have assets in the other jurisdiction.

In addition to her practice, Marissa is a current board member and past President of the Estate Planning Council of Calgary, a TEP member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and a former Executive member and current member of the Canadian Bar Association Wills and Trusts section.
