Derrick Osborne

Derrick Osborne practices in all areas of Canadian income tax law, both domestic and international. Derrick's practice is focused on corporate taxation, including corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound investment and complex tax planning.

Derrick is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and an executive member of the Canadian Bar Association Alberta (South) Taxation Section. He has also completed the Chartered Professional Accountants In-Depth Tax Course. Derrick regularly presents to clients and tax professionals on tax matters.
