Brynne Dalmao

Brynne Dalmao is an associate in Bennett Jones’ Restructuring + Insolvency group, where she practices in the areas of insolvency and restructuring. She joined Bennett Jones as a student in 2024 and summered and articled with the firm before returning as an associate in 2026.

Brynne earned her JD from the University of Toronto in 2025, where she was a member of the national champion Gale Cup Moot team, a mooter in the Faculty’s Grand Moot, and was selected as her class valedictorian. Before attending law school, she spent several years as a chiropractor and clinic owner, developing extensive experience in client service, business operations, and working within a regulated professional environment. Her background in business and regulated industries provides a unique perspective in her legal practice.

Brynne is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers’ Association, and the American Bar Association.
