Stephanie Clark has a general commercial litigation practice, with a growing focus on energy and environmental matters, complex commercial arbitrations, professional negligence and professional conduct issues, and judicial review of administrative tribunal decisions. Stephanie has assisted with matters before all levels of the Alberta court system as well as domestic and international arbitration proceedings before a variety of tribunals and boards. Stephanie has appeared at the Court of Queen's Bench and the Provincial Court of Alberta.
Stephanie holds law degrees in both the Common Law and the Civil Law of Quebec. During law school, Stephanie held a student clerkship with the Honourable Mr. Justice Nicholas Kasirer of the Court of Appeal of Quebec, prior to his appointment to the Supreme Court of Canada. Stephanie also competed in the 2015 Jessup International Law Moot, and was awarded with the Borden Ladner Gervais Professional Excellence Award.
Stephanie articled with the firm's Calgary office prior to becoming an associate.
