Jenn Choi delivers strategic, results-driven advocacy to help clients resolve disputes efficiently while safeguarding their business interests.

Jenn is an experienced disputes lawyer who helps clients navigate legal and regulatory risk in a practical and business-focused manner. She maintains a broad disputes practice that includes all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration, including contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, construction disputes, consumer class actions and environmental prosecutions. She regularly assists clients with complex commercial and regulatory issues associated with large projects and developments, and understands the importance of balancing business pragmatism and legal options.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Jenn acted as Senior Legal Counsel to a large North American development company. She obtained a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of British Columbia and a JD from the Peter A. Allard School of Law (UBC). She enjoys working with expert witnesses, delving into technical evidence and translating scientific and technical issues into persuasive legal argument. After law school, she clerked for the Honourable Justice Manson of the Federal Court of Canada.
