Lauren Carson

Lauren Carson practises corporate and commercial law, with a focus on asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, operational and services agreements and mergers and acquisitions. She also has experience providing advice on matters relating to modern slavery legislation.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Lauren was an associate in the Calgary office of another national law firm.

As an articling student, Lauren spent three months working in the legal group at a leading North American energy company as part of a secondment. During law school, Lauren completed an internship in the Labour Migration division of the United Nations' International Organization for Migration.
