Josephine Bulat

Josephine’s practice focuses on high-stakes commercial litigation—including contractual disputes, fraud and asset recovery, construction matters, and commercial real estate conflicts. With a practical and results-driven mindset, she navigates fast-paced litigation files with precision, ensuring clients achieve favorable outcomes without unnecessary delays or unrealistic expectations. She is skilled in all aspects of dispute resolution, from negotiations and mediations to motions, applications, trials and appeals before both the Civil List and the Commercial List.

Collaboration is at the core of Josephine’s practice—she values working closely with clients and experts to develop tailored strategies that protect her clients' interests. She is an active member of the Toronto Lawyers’ Association and the Advocates’ Society, and is committed to fostering the next generation of legal professionals through mentorship at the firm.
