Eva Bellomo

Eva Bellomo is a paralegal working in our banking and secured transactions group. Eva's experience involves preparing all security documents, including mortgages of land and leasehold mortgages, security agreements, priority agreements and supporting documents. Supporting documents include corporate resolutions, officer's certificates and opinions. Eva also has experience effecting registrations in BC Personal Property Registry and the BC Land Title Office and managing transactions from start to finish in connection with both real and personal property financing.
