Niha Ather

Her practice spans corporate commercial law and financial services, with a focus on secured syndicated and bilateral financings for chartered banks, financial institutions and borrowers across various industries in both domestic and cross-border contexts. She also advises on brokered and non-brokered private placements, as well as public and private mergers and acquisitions, including share and asset deals, exempt take-over bids, plans of arrangement, corporate reorganizations and other general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Niha was an associate at a large regional firm based in Calgary.
