Alexia joined Bennett Jones as a law student in 2024 and is currently completing her articling term with the firm.

She earned her Juris Doctor/ Bachelor of Laws from McGill University in 2025, where she was highly engaged in both academic and extracurricular pursuits. During her studies, she served as class president and progressed through the ranks of the McGill Journal of Sustainable Development Law, ultimately serving as Executive Editor. She also gained valuable practical experience through a legal clinic and in-house roles with large organizations. In recognition of her achievements, Alexia was awarded the Everett Klippert Entrance Scholarship at McGill Law and won the Canadian Bar Association’s Air and Space Law Essay Contest for her piece on space mining.

Prior to law school, Alexia completed a degree in International Relations at the University of California, Berkeley in 2019, where she was also the recipient of the Huang Scholarship, which supported her studies in China during her summer months. Alexia is fluent in English and French and is conversational in both Spanish and Mandarin. In her free time, she seeks movement outdoors, whether through the run club she founded, cycling, yoga, or winter sports.
